Luis Estrella brings over 20 years of local and international professional experience in the movie, film, and television industries. A graduate of Universidad del Sagrado Corazón with a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing, he has built a solid career in logistics, coordination, and budget management for major productions.

Throughout his career, Luis has contributed to projects filmed in Puerto Rico, Spain, and Colombia, including well-known titles such as Fast Five, 22 Jump Street, and Runner Runner. Notably, his work on Our Brand Is Crisis earned him an award from the Location Managers Guild International.

His experience as a location manager and coordinator for international film productions allowed him to develop a unique skill set—identifying spaces that convey emotion, meet specific requirements, and align with a creative vision. Today, Luis channels that same discerning eye and strategic mindset into the world of real estate.
