Better known as “Alex” by friends and clients, Alejandro Herrera is a professional creative visionary. He specialized in luxury real estate new development, and luxury properties in Puerto Rico and U.S.A. 

For the last 20 years Alex Herrera has been involved in many developments with successful results.

He has also dedicated himself to the launching and re-launching of new real estate developments through: innovative strategies, new identities, creative campaigns, collateral material, and strong visual content. 

 Alex has been involved with new projects from day one until the last unit is sold. In other cases, he has taken over existing projects re-positioning them and successfully completing sales.

Besides being a Real Estate broker in Puerto Rico, Alex is a lead-designer who gets involved in new luxury developments, resulting in improved designs that reflect current market trends.

Alex is a licensed commercial Helicopter and Airplane Pilot since 1997, which has proven to be an asset in terms of making location assessments, visualizing and projecting future developments, and design logistics.
