Better known as “Paco” by friends and clients, Francisco Diaz-Fournier is a professional with a big-picture focus who develops and executes strategies to succeed in a constantly changing and highly competitive real estate market environment. His core values are driven by a desire to identify the “happiness factor” of his clients and operate with the highest standards of integrity.
He devoted 14 years of his professional career at Merck & Co. where he held the position of Senior Marketing Director for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Region before making an industry leap to real estate in 2001. Whether buying or selling a home in New York, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami or Puerto Rico, real estate acquisition and trade are intricate and sensitive processes. Paco has worked every aspect of the real estate industry in both the residential and commercial markets.
He has been instrumental assisting numerous clients already relocated or considering moving to Puerto Rico under the 20/22 Acts and other tax incentive programs. Better known as “Alex” by friends and clients, Alejandro Herrera is a professional creative visionary. He specialized in luxury real estate new development, and luxury properties in Puerto Rico and U.S.A.
For the last 20 years Alex Herrera has been involved in many developments with successful results.
He has also dedicated himself to the launching and re-launching of new real estate developments through: innovative strategies, new identities, creative campaigns, collateral material, and strong visual content.
Alex has been involved with new projects from day one until the last unit is sold. In other cases, he has taken over existing projects re-positioning them and successfully completing sales.
Besides being a Real Estate broker in Puerto Rico, Alex is a lead-designer who gets involved in new luxury developments, resulting in improved designs that reflect current market trends.

With a background in Corporate and Tax Law Lourdes R. Gómez, is an acute Attorney and Real Estate Broker born and raised in Puerto Rico.
After receiving a full scholarship for academic and athletic achievements she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Biology in San Juan, Puerto Rico graduating Cum Laude. She attended Law School in Ponce, Puerto Rico. After graduating and obtaining the Puerto Rico and federal licenses she moved to Chicago where she specialized in Corporate and Tax Law at a downtown firm.
Following Hurricane Maria, she came back to Puerto Rico to be part of the reconstruction movement led by young professionals in different industries. She started working for an International Tax Consulting Firm as an Associate in Corporate Law focusing on Act 20/22 (now Act 60). Her hospitable nature and acute attention to her clients’ needs made them feel safe with the decision to move. Having worked firsthand with Puerto Rico tax incentives, Lourdes brings an ideal experience to our clients.
Extensive traveling has given her a broader perception of luxury real estate. Lourdes is fashion savvy with exquisite taste and attention to detail. With her experience and sharp ways, she is a great addition to the team.

Alexandra Cordero Suria, born and raised in Puerto Rico, she brings with her a strong educational background abroad as well as a wide-ranging work trajectory in sales.
Her bilingual educational includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, where she graduated with high honors. Early work experience, during her time there, was a three-year job as sales representative for the fashion retail company Victoria’s Secret. Following this, she pursued graduate studies abroad at American International University in London, where she obtained a Master’s in International Business (MBA) Degree. Her student years in England, together with the experience of traveling in Europe have provided her with an enriching exposure to social and cultural diversity that add to her official credentials.
Specialized courses in fashion marketing, among other studies, gained Alexandra the required expertise to join the family business, Leonardo’s Fifth Avenue, upon her return to Puerto Rico. Her professional experience in this high-end luxury men’s formal wear business account for her ability to handle a broad range of responsibilities and contacts. Among her accomplishments, she carried out the task of supervising over one hundred employees. During her many years there she rose from sale’s manager, at the flagship store, to marketing director at the company’s office headquarters. Management and participation in special events held locally as well as in other Caribbean venues broadened her communication skills with colleagues as well as customers.

Better known as “Ricky” by friends and clients, Ricardo Martí is an award-winning Creative Director with over 10 years of Marketing experience. After graduating from Syracuse University, he quickly took on leadership roles managing global clients in agencies at New York City, Dallas, Los Angeles and San Juan. Through the years, his high-performing social media campaigns have been recognized by the industry in local and international festivals. He also founded the first advertising agency for travel brands by travelers, which later got incorporated into De La Cruz & Associates.
Ricardo first fell in love with real estate as an investor of multiple properties in Puerto Rico. Olga Alfonso is a bilingual education professional who graduated from NYU with a master’s degree. Her expertise served the New York City school system’s special program for underprivileged students, and she later became a guidance counselor in Norwalk, Connecticut. Olga’s open-minded approach has helped students excel and reach their full potential.
Her passion for education drove her to pursue her career at Saint John’s school where she was devoted to delivering exceptional learning experiences. As the Director and Senior Coordinator of Activities of the Model United Nations Club, she showcased her organizing skills by arranging events and travel experiences that increased cultural awareness and education. Additionally, she led the National Geographic Bee competition.
