Better known as “Paco” by friends and clients, Francisco Diaz-Fournier is a professional with a big-picture focus who develops and executes strategies to succeed in a constantly changing and highly competitive real estate market environment. He devoted 14 years of his professional career at Merck & Co. where he held the position of Senior Marketing Director for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Region before making an industry leap to real estate in 2001. Whether buying or selling a home in New York, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami or Puerto Rico, real estate acquisition and trade are intricate and sensitive processes. Paco has worked every aspect of the real estate industry in both the residential and commercial markets.

Better known as “Alex” by friends and clients, Alejandro Herrera is a professional creative visionary. He specialized in luxury real estate new development, and luxury properties in Puerto Rico and U.S.A.
For the last 20 years Alex Herrera has been involved in many developments with successful results.
He has also dedicated himself to the launching and re-launching of new real estate developments through: innovative strategies, new identities, creative campaigns, collateral material, and strong visual content.

With a background in Corporate and Tax Law Lourdes R. Gómez, is an acute Attorney and Real Estate Broker born and raised in Puerto Rico.
After receiving a full scholarship for academic and athletic achievements she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Biology in San Juan, Puerto Rico graduating Cum Laude. She attended Law School in Ponce, Puerto Rico. After graduating and obtaining the Puerto Rico and federal licenses she moved to Chicago where she specialized in Corporate and Tax Law at a downtown firm.
Following Hurricane Maria, she came back to Puerto Rico to be part of the reconstruction movement led by young professionals in different industries. She started working for an International Tax Consulting Firm as an Associate in Corporate Law focusing on Act 20/22 (now Act 60). Her hospitable nature and acute attention to her clients’ needs made them feel safe with the decision to move. Having worked firsthand with Puerto Rico tax incentives, Lourdes brings an ideal experience to our clients.

Maria Elena Garcia’s extensive background comes from more than 30 years in the Mortgage Financing Industry. Her experience and personality make a divine combination to achieve success in all she strives to accomplish. For the past 12 years, she worked at Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Team nurturing an affluent and entrepreneurial clientele in the expanding Miami area. Before joining Wells Fargo, she began her career in Puerto Rico under Zoila Levis at HF Mortgage, a subsidiary of Doral Bank. Alexandra Cordero Suria, born and raised in Puerto Rico, she brings with her a strong educational background abroad as well as a wide-ranging work trajectory in sales.
Her bilingual educational includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, where she graduated with high honors. Early work experience, during her time there, was a three-year job as sales representative for the fashion retail company Victoria’s Secret. Following this, she pursued graduate studies abroad at American International University in London, where she obtained a Master’s in International Business (MBA) Degree. Her student years in England, together with the experience of traveling in Europe have provided her with an enriching exposure to social and cultural diversity that add to her official credentials.
Specialized courses in fashion marketing, among other studies, gained Alexandra the required expertise to join the family business, Leonardo’s Fifth Avenue, upon her return to Puerto Rico. Her professional experience in this high-end luxury men’s formal wear business account for her ability to handle a broad range of responsibilities and contacts. Among her accomplishments, she carried out the task of supervising over one hundred employees. During her many years there she rose from sale’s manager, at the flagship store, to marketing director at the company’s office headquarters. Management and participation in special events held locally as well as in other Caribbean venues broadened her communication skills with colleagues as well as customers.
