Before entering real estate, Paola Correa developed a strong and diverse professional background across industries where performance, discretion, and relationship-building were essential. Her experience includes automotive sales with Bella International and Autogermana, luxury retail with Dolce & Gabbana and Massimo Dutti, and roles within the food service industry at Ballester Hermanos. These environments sharpened her ability to anticipate client needs, apply sound judgment, and deliver thoughtful, well-executed service.

Paola holds a double bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. Outside of real estate, she maintains an active and balanced lifestyle, with interests that include Pilates, yoga, and reading.

Today, Paola is recognized in the luxury market for her diligent, hands-on approach and her ability to stay two steps ahead throughout each transaction. She guides clients with clarity, care, and professionalism, grounded in strong ethics and a clear sense of responsibility. Her experience in property management adds a practical, operational understanding of ownership, enhancing the strategic guidance she provides to buyers and sellers alike.
